Thames Ditton is a village on the banks of the river Thames close to Hampton Court, Esher, Surbiton and Kingston. It became popular in Tudor times but dates back to Anglo Saxon times. The housing in the area includes Victorian houses, Georgian houses, 1930's houses and newer purpose build flats. Many of the larger houses have been converted into flats. There is a large concentration of 3 bedroom semi detached houses in Thames Ditton built in the early part of the 1900's.

Thames Ditton has extremely good road and rail links into London Waterloo (30 minutes). It also has the London Portsmouth 'A' road (A3) nearby beside it which gives great access to the M25. There are a number of  bus routes available to all the surrounding areas like Kingston.

Thames Ditton Houses and Flats are extremely popular and prices are higher than some other areas in the South London area. Letting or Renting a house or flat is a good option.
