Surbiton is the classic London suburb mentioned in many films since the mid 1800's. It became popular in Victorian times when many of the Victorian Houses were built. Many of these houses have been converted into flats. In more recent times purpose built flats and apartments have been built. Larger houses are located in the Southborough area, most built between the great wars. There is a large concentration of 3 bedroomed semi detached houses in the Berrylands area.

Surbiton has extremely good road and rail links into London Waterloo with a non-stop service. It also has the London Portsmouth 'A' road (A3) closeby which gives great access to the M25. There are a number of  bus routes available to all the surrounding areas like Kingston.

Surbiton Houses and Flats are extremely popular and prices are higher than some other areas in the South London area. Letting or Renting a house or flat is a good option.
