Kingston upon Thames is a major town in west/south London It dates back to medieval times with some building going back to the 1100's . It has many Victorian houses and Edwardian houses as well as a lot of 1930's built houses. Many of these houses have been converted into flats. In more recent times purpose built flats and apartments have been built. There are also a number of riverside apartment developments. The most expensive houses are located in the Coombe area. There is a large concentration of 3 bedroom semi detached houses in the north of the town.

Kingston has extremely good road and rail links into London Waterloo with a 35 minute service. It also has the London Portsmouth 'A' road (A3) closeby which gives great access to the M25. There are a number of  bus routes available to all the surrounding areas like Surbiton.

Kingston Houses and Flats are extremely popular and prices are higher than some other areas in the South London area. Letting or Renting a house or flat is a good option.
