Esher dates back well into Saxon times. Queen Victoria loved the area and gifted the drinking fountain which is still in the high street. Esher is an affluent town surrounded by green spaces. The housing in Esher is a mix of Victorian, Georgian, 1930's houses and modern architect properties. The most exclusive properties are in the Blackhills and Clare Hill area. Ember lane is the newest area to become more developed and popular.

Esher has extremely good road and rail links into London Waterloo (22 minutes). It also has the A3 beside it which gives great access to the M25. Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are not far away either. There are a number of  bus routes available to all the surrounding areas.

Esher Houses and Flats are extremely popular and prices are very competitive for this  area. Letting or Renting a house or flat is a good option.
